1Scope of This Policy
Postaryx is operated by Lunark Dynamics LLC. This Cookie Policy explains how cookies and similar technologies are used across the Postaryx marketing website and the Postaryx application and dashboard.
This Policy applies to both surfaces. The marketing website sets no cookies of its own and uses local storage only to remember your display theme. It also reads how you arrived at the site, and sends that with a waitlist submission if you make one, as described in Section 7. The application sets the cookies required to sign you in, keep you in the correct Workspace, and remember interface preferences.
2What Cookies and Similar Technologies Are
Cookies are small text files stored on a browser or device. Postaryx also uses local storage and session storage, which store information in the browser in a similar way but are not transmitted with every request. In this Policy, references to cookies include these related browser-storage technologies unless the context requires otherwise.
Some cookies are set by Postaryx directly. Others may be set by a service provider whose functionality is embedded in a Postaryx page, such as a payment provider on a billing or checkout page if billing features are enabled.
3Strictly Necessary Cookies
These cookies are required to operate the application, authenticate users, and maintain a secure session. The service cannot function correctly without them, and they are not used for advertising.

In production deployments the auth, showorg, and impersonate cookies are configured as HttpOnly and Secure, with SameSite=None because the Postaryx application and its API are served from different hosts and the session has to be sent between them. HttpOnly means these cookies cannot be read by scripts running in the browser, so a script on the page cannot obtain your session. These settings are applied through our deployment configuration rather than being properties of the cookies themselves.
4Functional Cookies
These cookies remember interface preferences so that the application presents itself consistently between visits. They do not identify you to any third party and are not used for advertising.

These cookies are written by the application in your browser rather than by our servers. Unlike the cookies in the previous section they can be read by scripts on the page, and they hold only interface preferences: no authentication credentials and no personal data.
5Analytics and Advertising Cookies
Postaryx does not currently enable analytics or advertising cookies on the marketing website. Optional analytics or advertising-related technologies may exist in the application code but are only active when configured and enabled.
When these technologies are not enabled, the cookies below are not created and no analytics or advertising measurement takes place. Where they are enabled, consent will be obtained before the cookies are set wherever required by applicable law.

6Third-Party Services
When billing features are enabled, payment processing may be handled by a third-party payment provider identified at checkout and in our Privacy Policy. Such a provider may set its own cookies on a billing or checkout page in order to operate the payment form and to prevent payment fraud. Those cookies would be controlled by that provider under its own privacy policy, and Postaryx does not read them.
No advertising network, marketing platform, or third-party analytics provider is enabled on the marketing website or in the application. If such a service is introduced, this Policy will be updated and consent will be obtained where required by applicable law.
7Browser Storage
In addition to cookies, Postaryx stores a small number of preferences in browser local storage. Local storage remains on the device until it is cleared through browser settings. Session storage, where used, is cleared automatically when the browser tab is closed.

The attribution entries record how you arrived at Postaryx so that we can understand which sources bring people to the Service.
On the marketing website, the campaign parameters in the link you followed and the referring address your browser reports are read when the page loads. If you submit the waitlist form, those values are sent to us with your email address and stored with your waitlist entry, so that we can see which sources bring people to Postaryx and operate the waitlist. If you do not submit the form, they are not sent anywhere.
Attribution values are not sent to any analytics or advertising provider unless such a service is separately enabled and disclosed in this Policy.
The application may also store minor display preferences in local storage, such as which sections of the interface are expanded. These preferences contain no personal data and can be cleared through browser settings.
8Your Choices
You can manage cookies and browser storage at any time:
- Manage or block cookies using your browser or device settings.
- Clear stored cookies and local storage using your browser's privacy or site-data controls.
- Sign out of Postaryx, which clears the authentication, Workspace, and administrative support cookies.
- Where a consent tool is made available, use it to control optional cookies.
Blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent sign-in and other core functionality from working. Clearing functional cookies will reset interface preferences to their defaults.
If Postaryx uses technologies that are subject to legally recognized browser-based opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control, it will honor those signals to the extent required by applicable law.
