1.1Purpose and Relationship to the Terms
This Refund Policy explains when subscription fees paid for POSTARYX may be refunded. POSTARYX is operated by Lunark Dynamics LLC. This Policy is incorporated into the Terms of Service. Mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived remain unaffected.
1.2Seven-Day First-Payment Refund
Unless a written order form, promotion, or mandatory law provides otherwise, you may request a refund of your first paid POSTARYX subscription charge if all of the following conditions are met:
- we receive the request within seven (7) calendar days after the date of the first paid subscription charge;
- the request relates to the first paid subscription for the relevant Account or Workspace;
- you, the same organization, substantially the same Workspace, or the same payment arrangement have not previously received a first-payment refund intended for the same trial/evaluation purpose;
- the Account has not been used for abuse, spam, fake engagement, platform manipulation, excessive automated usage, policy violations, chargeback fraud, credential misuse, or other conduct inconsistent with good-faith evaluation of the Service; and
- the refund is not excluded by another written agreement or a non-refundable item below.
We may deny or reasonably reduce a discretionary refund where objective records show heavy use inconsistent with evaluating the Service, material Terms/AUP violations, abusive consumption of third-party resources, deliberate exploitation of the refund policy, or fraud. We will not use this provision to limit a refund that applicable law requires.
1.3Non-Refundable Items
- Renewal charges after the first paid subscription charge, unless required by law or a written agreement.
- Partial or unused portions of a billing period after the applicable refund window.
- Custom onboarding, consulting, migration, integration, implementation, training, platform-approval assistance, or professional-service fees unless the applicable order form says they are refundable.
- Third-party fees, platform developer/API charges, banking or foreign-exchange charges, and fees paid directly to another provider.
- Usage-based or metered charges that were clearly disclosed and already consumed, except where law requires otherwise.
- Taxes that we are legally unable to refund after remittance, except as required by law.
1.4Platform Approvals, Outages, and Connector Changes
A Connected Platform’s delay, denial, suspension, outage, API change, quota limit, account restriction, token revocation, or discontinuation does not automatically create a refund right. POSTARYX depends on third-party platforms that we do not control. We may, however, provide credits, extensions, or other remedies at our discretion or where required by a written service commitment or applicable law.
If a connector was clearly labeled beta, experimental, limited, in review, or temporarily unavailable when you purchased, its status alone is not a basis for a refund unless the applicable purchase terms said otherwise.
1.5How to Request a Refund
Send a request to [Support Email] with the subject “Refund request” and include the Account email, Workspace name, invoice or transaction identifier, date charged, and a short description of the request. We may ask for information needed to verify the purchase and prevent fraud.
1.6Approved Refunds
Approved refunds are generally returned to the original payment method through [Actual Payment Provider or Merchant of Record], unless another method is required by law or the provider. The time for funds to appear depends on the payment provider, bank, card network, and country. Processing-time estimates, if published, should match the payment provider actually used.
1.7Chargebacks
Contact [Support Email] before initiating a chargeback if you believe a charge is incorrect. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in account suspension or termination. Nothing in this section restricts legal rights you have to dispute unauthorized or incorrect charges.
1.8Cancellation Policy
Intended for publication as part of /refund-policy or as a separate cancellation section/page, depending on site design.
1.8.1Cancel Anytime
You may cancel a recurring POSTARYX subscription at any time through [Billing Settings Path] where available or by contacting [Support Email]. Cancellation stops future automatic renewals for the canceled subscription.
1.8.2Access After Cancellation
Unless a refund is granted, a written agreement says otherwise, or law requires a different result, paid access continues until the end of the current paid billing period. Cancellation does not normally create a prorated refund for the unused remainder of that period.
1.8.3Cancellation Is Not Account Deletion
Canceling billing does not automatically delete your Account, Workspace, User Content, media, Connected Platform data, or OAuth connections. This separation prevents accidental data loss and allows access through the remaining paid term where applicable.
To delete data, follow the Data Deletion Instructions at /data-deletion. You may also disconnect individual Connected Platforms without canceling the subscription.
1.8.4Scheduled Content and Connections
If the Plan remains active until the end of the billing period, scheduled content may continue to process during that period subject to platform availability and your settings. When paid access ends or a Workspace is downgraded, features above the resulting Plan limit may stop. Review and export or reschedule important content before the effective end date.
If you want scheduled publishing to stop immediately, cancel or delete the relevant scheduled items and/or disconnect the applicable Connected Platform rather than relying only on billing cancellation.
1.8.5Failed Payments
If payment fails, we or [Actual Payment Provider or Merchant of Record] may retry the charge, notify you, limit paid features, downgrade the Workspace, or suspend access until payment is resolved. You remain responsible for fees lawfully incurred before cancellation or suspension.
1.8.6Reactivation
If reactivation is offered, it may require a current Plan, valid payment method, and reconnection of third-party accounts whose authorizations expired or were revoked. We do not guarantee restoration of deleted data or discontinued platform integrations.
