Common Postiz problems and how to resolve them

Connecting a channel
"Invalid state", "invalid_grant" and "fetch failed" during the connect flow.
Uploads and media
Payload too large, upload-from-url timeouts, video failures.
Activation and login
Expired activation links, "jwt malformed", login API responses.

A post failed to publish
Failed posts get a red ring on the calendar with the reason in a tooltip. The three usual causes, in order of frequency:
- The channel needs reconnecting. Access tokens expire. A channel showing a red marker in the sidebar needs re-authorising, see Manage a channel.
- The post broke a platform rule. Too many images, a video where the platform wanted a photo, a missing required setting. See Posting rules by platform.
- The platform rejected the content. Duplicate text, a blocked link, or an account restriction. The tooltip carries the platform's own message.
